Books fillip for Mpumalanga libraries

MBOMBELA - Books of one of the prolific authors in literature history, L Ron Hubbard are now available in Mpumalanga public libraries, courtesy of a generous donation.

Noyanas Management Consultancy, owned by Mr Cannon Noyana, in conjunction with the L Ron Hubbard Office in Africa donated the books of the well-known author. Prior to the handover, Ms Lena Hogdahl of L Ron Hubbard Office in Africa outlined the benefits of having titles of the writer in libraries to Head of the Department, Ms Sindi Mjwara and Ms Agnes Sithole, head of libraries in the province.

Mjwara was excited when she took delivery of the donation. “We are grateful to be recipients of this wonderful gesture shown by the business sector. We thank the donors for the donation, which will go a long way in increasing titles in our libraries,” said Mjwara.

The donation of L Ron Hubbard books is a boost to the department's efforts of promoting a reading
society. L Ron Hubbard, who died in 1986 aged 75, has written many books in scientology, science fiction, education, philosophy and fiction. The books will be distributed to all libraries in the province.
