Improve the quality of service delivery through professional management services interventions and advice.
Mission
To provide Workstudy and Job Evaluation services by:
- Establishing relevant and realistic departmental organograms.
- Ensure an objective, fair and equitable basis for determining post grades throughout the provincial administration.
Services Rendered
- Develop organograms for the provincial departments.
- Amend departmental organograms in line with strategic/ operational plans.
- Create and abolish posts in departments in line with the functions of departments .
- Evaluate posts in the various departments to ensure the correct grading of the posts in the provincial government.
- Facilitate the development of job descriptions.
- Provide advisory services on organisational design and job evaluation.
