DEPUTY PRESIDENT KGALEMA MOTLANTHE TO UNDERTAKE AN ANTI-POVERTY VISIT IN MPUMALANGA

Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe, will on Saturday 30 October 2010, lead a team of Cabinet Ministers and members of the provincial government of Mpumalanga, during his Anti-Poverty visit in the area of Nkomazi Municipality in Mpumalanga.

Deputy President Motlanthe's visit to this area forms part of the ongoing campaign, aimed at mobilizing all sectors of society in the fight against poverty.

The war on poverty also aims at building public confidence in the shared national goal of halving poverty and unemployment by 2014, through the pursuit of the Millennium Development Goals.
