PREMIER MABUZA TO CELEBRATE BIRTHDAY AND LAUNCH FOUNDATION

Mpumalanga Premier David Mabuza will on Saturday celebrate his 54th birthday with over 2000 children from the impoverished families in an around his home village of Phola, near Hazyview in Mbombela Municipality.

Children are expected to be treated to fun and game and be given lots of goodies including school uniforms, soccer and netball kits. A privately arranged celebration will take place at Mdzimba Primary School, in Phola village, where the Premier studied his lower education when he was young.

A number of high profile people including his close friends, trustees, business and religious people, and politicians are expected to grace the event as the Premier is expected to launch an undisclosed foundation, which its details will be revealed during the celebration as a suprise.

Although the Premier was born on 25 August, he has opted to celebrate two days before in order to touch the lives of many people, especially the children.
