Premier Mtshweni-Tsipane to visit family of missing child in Mganduzweni

Mpumalanga Premier, Ms. Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane will tomorrow visit the family of a missing six year old girl, Bontle Zethu Ditebogo Mashiyane.

The child reportedly went missing on Saturday, 30 April 2022.

The Premier will be accompanied by the MEC for Community Safety, Security and Liaison, Vusi Shongwe and South African Police Service (SAPS) Deputy Provincial Commissioner, Leutenant General.

The purpose of the visit is to give the family moral support and to affirm the police's commitment to find the missing child as part of crime-fighting initiative.

The visit will further afford the delegation an opportunity to brief the family on the progress of the investigation.

The visit will take place as follows:

Date: Saturday, 14 May 2022
Time: 12h00

The entourage will meet at Masoyi Police Station before proceeding to the child's family.
