Mpumalanga Executive Council postpones oversight visit to Emalahleni Municipality
11 December 2023The planned service delivery oversight visit to Emalahleni Local Municipality by Mpumalanga Premier Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane and the executive council has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Premier and the executive council remains committed to continue engaging with communities, in an effort to address service delivery challenges affecting Emalahleni Local Municipality as well as communicating achievements of the Provincial Government.
The Provincial Government has invested in infrastructure projects, ranging from human settlements and roads to health and educational facilities within the municipality. Furthermore, the municipality has also benefitted from social labour projects from the business sector.
A new date for the Premier’s Imbizo for Emalahleni Local Municipality will be announced in due course.
The Mpumalanga Provincial Government apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused.
