Premier Mtshweni-Tsipane to officiate opening of a clinic in Botleng, Victor Khanye Local Municipality

Mpumalanga Premier, Ms Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane will officiate the opening of a new clinic in Botleng Ext 6 in the Victor Khanye Local Municipality.

The state-of-the-art clinic will operate 24hours, and will be providing comprehensive primary health care services for the local community. It consists of 12 consulting rooms, which cater for maternity, dental, emergency and pharmacy services.

The clinic is one of the various private-public partnership projects in Mpumalanga that seek to improve access to health care services. The construction phase was funded by GE steam power in partnership with ESKOM and was handed over to the Provincial Government in September this year.

Premier Mtshweni-Tsipane will be accompanied by MEC for Health, Ms Sasekani Manzini, Victor Khanye Executive Mayor, Cllr. Vusi Buda and the management of ESKOM and GE Vernoma during the opening of the clinic.
