How to Complain About SAPS Poor Service Delivery
Complain at the Department

 

Fill in the Complaints Form

  • Fill in the form and send it to the Department of Safety and Security via fax or e-mail as follows:
  • Phone the department if you do not have fax or e-mail facilities:

      The department will do the following:
  • Look at the seriousness of the case.
    • If the case is not so serious it will be sent to the Provincial Commissioner for intervention o If the case is very serious it will be sent to the Independent Complaints Directorate
    • The department will follow-up on the case and provide feedback to the complainant
