• To ensure a stable Labour Relations Environment, timeous settlement of labour disputes, maintenance of discipline and management capacitating on labour policies and practices.
• Facilitate Provincial Collective Bargaining Chamber meeting.
• Stabilize Labour Relations environment, timeous settlement of labour disputes and workforce adherence to Public Service Prescripts.
• Promotion of sound Labour Relations and discipline in the Provincial government as well as capacitating managers on employment policies and practices.
