As part of his legacy projects of not only touching, but changing the lives of the people for the better, Mpumalanga Premier David Mabuza will once again hand over houses to 18 needy families within Nkangala District Municipality.

The houses were financially supported by a Gauteng-based bus company, Putco, which does its business in the region.

The beneficiaries were identified by the Honourable Premier, most of them do not have source of income and some have been disadvantaged by the processes of getting RDP houses.

They are mostly women, child-headed families and old aged men who live in dire situation.

The houses were built within three weeks and while eight are in the Dr J S Moroka Municipality, 10 are in Thembisile Hani municipality.
