Born in South Africa, Mpumalanga Province in Brondal, Mathafeni on 25 August 1960. Matriculated at Khumbula High School. Obtained Teachers Certificate at Mngewnya College of Education in 1985 and studied towards Bachalours Degree in University of South Africa, graduated in 1989.

Current Positions:

  • - Premier of Mpumalanga Provincial Government since 6 May 2009
  • - Member of Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature since 1994
