Premier of Mpumalanga, Thabang Makwetla to receive a token of appreciation

Highveld Tourism Growth

Private sector tourism operators in the Highveld Region of Mpumalanga will hand over a token of appreciation to Premier Thabang Makwetla for being an inspiration through initiating the compilation of a heritage research book that led to the profiling and subsequent increase of their tourism market share. The event is scheduled as follows:

2008 Council of South African Football Association (COSAFA) Challenge Launch, 10 July 2008

Premier Thabang Makwetla, accompanied by the MEC for culture, sports and recreation, Ms Dina Pule, Mbombela Mayor Mr Lassy Chiwayo, will join the South African Football Association (SAFA) delegation, led by the General Secretary Mr Ashfold Mamelodi, in launching and conducting a fixture draw of participating countries during the 2008 COSAFA soccer challenge to be played in Mpumalanga
