Purpose
To promote and enhance a culture of integrity which is intolerant of unethical conduct, fraud and corruption.
Functions
- to change the mindsets of public servants and stakeholders and enhance a culture of transparency and accountability.
- to promote public service ethos and remove opportunities for unethical conduct,
- to prevent, deter, detect and investigate unethical conduct, fraud and corruption
- to build integrity and raise awareness to remove the opportunities for unethical conduct, fraud and corruption .

Governance and Education
Purpose
- To promote the public service ethos and remove the opportunities for unethical conduct.
Functions
- enhance capacity of leadership to manage and promote integrity,
- development of integrity champions,
- develop and implement staff awareness programme,
- develop and implement programs on ethics, accountability and transparency for managers,
- interface with stakeholders.
Forensic audit
Purpose
- To prevent, deter, detect and investigate unethical conduct, fraud and corruption
Functions
- to develop early warning system for detection of areas of vulnerability to unethical and improper conduct
- to investigate cases of unethical conduct, fraud and corruption
- to monitor the environment within which the employees operate so as to detect and prevent any acts of improper conduct.
