MEC Phosa to donate furnished houses to destiture families in Vukuzakhe

Vukuzakhe– Mpumalanga MEC for Economic Development, Environment and
Tourism, Mrs. Pinky Phosa will hand-over newly constructed and fully
furnished houses to four (4) destitute families in Vukuzakhe, outside
Volkrust at the Dr Pixley ka-Isaka Seme Local Municipality as scheduled
below. The donation is as a result of her selfless efforts of soliciting
financial assistance from various sponsors to house the destitute in the
municipality, which is her political constituency. The event is part of the
celebrations of the Nelson Mandela Month celebrations.
She will also donate food parcels, school uniforms, and together with the senior management of the Department, as well as the Department of Health and Social Development, the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and Land Administration, and the local municipality also establish vegetable gardens for the benefiting four (4) families.
