Question: Why were Pilgrim’s Rest businesses issued with eviction notices on Friday?
Answer: The leases of the present occupants have expired and businesses were put on tender.
Question: How far are the tenders from being awarded?
Answer: Successful bidders have been awarded the aforesaid businesses and will take occupation on the 1st of August 2012
