MEC Andries Gamede will table his budget vote for 2013/2014

Mpumalanga MEC for the department of Human
Settlements, Mr MA Gamede will table his 2013/2014 Policy and Budget Speech
on the 28th of May 2013. He will be focusing on the department’s
achievements, challenges and plans for the current financial year. The
department is mandated to deliver integrated sustainable human settlements
in the province. The 2013/2014 budget speech will give special attention to
the following, amongst other issues:
- Improving access to basic services;
- Upgrading of informal settlements;
- Provision of accommodation within the gap market;
- Securing well located public land for affordable
settlements;
