Premier Mabuza transfers provincial government spokesperson to another department

Mpumalanga Premier David Mabuza has horizontally transferred the provincial government Spokesperson Lebona Mosia to the Department of Culture, Sports and Recreation with effect from Monday, 03 December 2012.
The transfer is part of the Premier’s move to increase capacity where necessary within the provincial administration in an effort to improve service delivery.
The position which Mr Mosia held will be advertised this weekend [Sunday, 02 December 2012].
In the meantime, media enquiries on government related matters will be handled directly from the Office of the Director-General, Dr Nonhlanhla Mkhize, while the provincial government finalises the processes of employing a new spokesperson.
The Premier and the Director-General have expressed appreciation to Mosia’s work of bringing the provincial government to communities through the media and wished him well in his new role.
