MEC Shongwe and MEC Mkasi to table their Policy and Budget Speeches

Mpumalanga Community Safety, Security and Liaison MEC Vusi Shongwe and Health and Social Development MEC Dr. Clifford Mkasi will table their Policy and Budget Speeches for the financial Year 2012/ 2013 as follows:

MEC Shongwe will reflect on issues such as the building of traffic
training college and other road safety interventions as well as reduction of
contact crimes, rural safety programmes, border security and mobilization of
communities against crime.
His counterpart, MEC Dr. Mkasi will talk to issues of foster care, substance abuse and NPOs providing social development services to children, older persons and persons with disabilities amongst others.
